If needed, the leave can be extended up to two weeks and 14 days. The prisoner of Furlo Prison has the right to prison. Many of the difficulties in the case have also denied the jail administration.
But in contrast, the parole depends entirely on the administration. When applying for an emergency or urgent work, jail authorities parole prisoner. A parole of up to 90 days can be received in one year, and a maximum of 30 days parole can be received at a time. It should also know about parole that it is not the prisoner’s right.
Why did Perarivalan do this?
AG Perarivalan was prosecuted for supplying two 9-volt battery. He was sentenced to death, but on February 18, 2014, the Supreme Court converted his sentence into life imprisonment. On February 19, 2014, the Tamil Nadu government announced to release Perarivalan and six other accused.
It is possible to the extent that Perarivalan feels that even after getting relief from the Supreme Court and getting the release from the state government, he is in jail and Sanjay Dutt is being given the exemption by keeping the rules on hold. Because after the conviction, when Sanjay Dutt was spending time out of jail most of the time, the relatives of the prison’s other detainees filed petitions, which were not heard on.
